DIY Necklace using Jade Beads – Tutorial
Step 1:
Make a small loop at one end of the beading wire.
Step 2:
We start sliding beads on to the wire… in a neat pattern.
Start by sliding gold spacer beads and a green crystal.
Followed by some wooden beads. Spacer beads in two sizes have been used throughout the necklace.
A big jade bead is slid.
Another jade bead within bead caps. Bead caps used in a necklace accentuate the bead and bring a distinction in the pattern.
Jade beads are predominantly used. The gold ball spacers are used to bring in a gold combination.
Step 3:
Close both ends of the beading wire by making a wire wrapped loop using round and flat nose pliers. Cut off the excess wire using a wire cutter.
Step 4:
A suitable clasp in then inserted at one end.
Step 5:
Jump ring is inserted in the other end of the wire.
Here is the completed jade necklace.
