Set the numbers aside and take a paper plate for the base.

Step 4:

Paint designs using watercolor.

Step 6:

Cut out the hands of the clock from construction paper and paint them.

Step 7:

Now take a button, attach a piece of straw and insert the two paper hands. Now glue another button on the top.

The hands can be rotated to change the time.

You can now punch a hole at the top and hang the clock.
