After a long hiatus I’ve taken up card making again. And there can be no better time than the holiday season. So here we are with the first card of this holiday season.
The materials used here are card stock, snowflake punch (optional), silver lace, a rhinestone, velvet paper (alternatively felt can be used) and glue.
Glimpse of the Card:
A closer look:
Velvet paper pasted on the card stock becomes the base of the card. Silver lace of desired pattern has been glued on the sides of the base velvet paper.
Then I cut out a snowflake pattern. You can use a snowflake punch here alternatively.
The wishes which are stamped in a banner like piece of card is then glued on the velvet paper. A rhinestone is pasted on the top corner.
A simple Christmas card to start my handmade cards making journey.
